Since 1995, we have worked on improving the lives of young women through self-esteem and empowering concepts that give them the tools for making healthy and positive choices.

Research shows that girls who are engaged in positive activities such as school, sports or prevention-type programs are more likely to complete middle and high school, attend college, positively serve their communities, and reach their potential for future success more than their peers who are not involved in these activities.
